Goals
So my next goals will be the following
17Sep 2017 cycling race - 91km - done time 3:02
23Sep 2017 - 5 km park run - Done time 27:59
24 Sep 2017 - cycling practice - done 50km
25 Sep 2017 - 7 km Trail run - did not happen it was raining like crazy and didn't want to get sick.
Oct Goals so far:
Need to swim and run over the weekend even if it is only for 30 Min
02 Oct 2017 - 108km cycling race
08 Oct 2017- 10km fun run Gun run
22-Oct 2017 - 109km cycling race

No more weigh-ins for me, I'm having a break from my scale as I can't let a number determines the way i feel due to a kg or 2 away from a goal weight, I gave my self.
So my next goals will be the following
17Sep 2017 cycling race - 91km - done time 3:02
23Sep 2017 - 5 km park run
24 Sep 2017 - cycling practice
25 Sep 2017 - 7 km Trail run
08 Oct 2017- 10 fun run
22-Oct 2017 - 109km cycling race
This is only my weekend goals so far for the month of Sep and October, as I exercise 3-5 times a week ) aerobic , HiTT, Bootcamp , step classes as well

the scale is a liar .LOL so I'm back to my normal self took some selfies in all 6 swimming costumes and I must say I'm ready even though the scale display I'm about 4-5kgs away from cycling goal weight. 3 months till summer lets do this, can someone please give me advise how i can tone up faster , or if I should use something ? cycling breaks down my little muscle that I'm trying to build. :-(

Not doing any weight-ins this week :-( I feel like throwing myself into a big packed of Chuckles of Woolies. clean eating and exercise still on point so busy at work that I don't even get time for Fatsecret just hopes this week can pass already, hate not feeling like my normal self.
