Home made lentil soup for lunch! Great way of making soup to go- stick a bunch of veggies in a container, bring a stock cube. Fill with water and zap when needed and voila!Great for this weather. Problem is, who wants to walk to the gym in freezing stormy rain..
Had a relaxy weekend. Drinks at the birthday party, and that's it. Feeling good.

Tried to make a vegan version of MiM's this morning to go with my home-made Mushroom soup at lunch-it worked really well!:
1 part each of Hemp flour, Flax seed and chia seed (or any milled seeds)
baking powder
Soya milk (or other plant-milk, enough to make a thickish batter)
Microwave until set. It needs a bit longer than ordinary MiM's (mine took 3 min), and it will be soft when warm-I let it cool down, and it was perfect!Doesn't rise as much, though. Yummy with Almond butter.
Mushroom soup:
Mushrooms, Courgettes, Mangetout, Chili, Ginger, Veggie broth and Walnuts. Cook for ca.10 min (add Mangetout when it comes to the boil), and blend. Add a Soya milk. It's a really creamy soup, I was surprised!
'Twas a great lunch, just right for this bloody weather..
It's so much fun trying out all this stuff!

Back in the Gym, yay! Was doing an hour of Aqua Latez today. Thought I would be wrecked doing it, but I was fine! I'm so delighted to be back in form and all perky and stuff! Stupid TOM is putting a bit of a dampner on it, but oh well :)
Tomorrow Yoga, I'd say! And my mushroom experiment turned out delish, much creamier than I thought it would.A keeper!

Well, I'm nearly back to 100% after not even 1 week, after cutting out all animal proteins and upping my fruit. Kidney is fine, energy is almost at annoying levels for a Monday morning, and I'm right as rain again.Face glowing, Stomach flat, mood chirpy, and dropped weight.No low carb for me anymore, what a mistake. I felt so ill, it's unbelievable. People were starting to worry about me. I can't get over the fact how quickly I recovered after stopping 6 months of low carbing.After my heart started burning!Too much! It defo wasn't any good for me. Sorry body!! :(
