This has been a very good day. Cool and low humidity. I visited my son's house in Springfield and helped paint. We went to lunch and I had a grilled chicken salad. I really need to stick to my low carb regimen for the long hall. My weigh in stunk this week and I need to lose 5 pounds!

Good Morning Fat Secret Friends. Today is another good day in the Ozarks. My food plan has been off again, on again as I try to maintain my elusive goal weight. Thanks to social distancing, bingeing opportunities are not as many as they used to be, so that is a good thing. I am not in to a lot of walking due to my hip bothering me, but I still manage to take the dog for a short walk about 3 times a day. I walk up the hill and then limp back! I still plan on golfing on Tuesday and bowling in a tournament on Friday. The tournament has a lot of social distancing rules, Don't bring any extra guests. We will only bowl on every other lane, and only one bowler up there at a time. I don't think we have to wear masks though. Here is a face mask that is easy to make.
Let's all try and stay focused through the weekend and have a great Holiday.
