The week started on such a high note... Unofficially down in weight, completed a 5k 25 obstacle race with no injuries, and then I did what I always do. I act like the weekend doesn't count and over indulge. I then spend the rest of the week trying to catch up. I eat the coffee cake that was brought to work. So I am unofficially 2.5 lbs up since Saturday!! Ugh! Hopefully it won't be this bad on Saturday, but seriously, I have got to start doing better with the weekends.

I survived! 83 minutes of activity - finished the day with over 12,000 steps. Slightly sore and very proud!

No WW weigh in today since the timing won't work with my Rugged Maniac race, but my unofficial weight is 135. My scale is around .2 -.5oz different from WW. Looking forward to today - my first obstacle race ever! I will try not to die!

I am pleasantly surprised. I tracked everything - even my "Saturday weigh in day" meals which I usually don't count, and I lost over 2 pounds. I intend to do the same this week - if I eat it, I track it, and we'll see how it goes. After I weigh in next Saturday I will be participating in a Rugged Maniac race. If I don't die, I will check in! ;)

Once again, I went into "not really caring" mode. Not really sure why I do that - it really has to stop. I made a commitment to follow the plan this week and track everything. I'm kinda tired of the yo-yoing. Let's see what happens.
