BREAKFAST = 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal with a splash of skim milk, 1 slice of Canadian bacon & a cup of coffee with 1T s/f non dairy creamer.
SNACK = 1oz reduced fat cheddar & 1 smoked meat stick
LUNCH = salad greens with a cubed up chicken breat, 1 slice of reduced fat swiss & 2T Thai sesame lime dressing
SNACK = a few sips of a light frozen coffee drink
DINNER = 4oz of steak
DESSERT = 2 s/f fudgecicles

LUNCH = 2 slices of cheese pizza (BAD GIRL)
DINNER = salad with 4oz cubed up steak & 1T Drew's Thai sesame lime dressing
DESSERT = 2 s/f fudgecicles

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!! Enjoy & a have a beautiful day!!!
BREAKFAST = low carb pumpkin muffin & coffee with skim milk & s/f hazelnut syrup.
LUNCH = turkey burger (no bun) I cheated & ate 4 french fries. Not too bad of a cheat!!
SNACK = the cheating gets worse- approx 8 Doritos
DINNER = pulled pork sandwich on rye roll, salad with Balsamic vinagrette, 1 small serving of "party Potatoes"
DESSERT = 1 slice of no sugar added peach pie...YUM!!!
A pretty bad day eating wise but a lovely day with the family!!

I stayed steady. I have a feeling that these last few pounds will want to stay on especially since I am going through some stress right now looking for a job & possibly relocating my family to another city. Just trying to breathe & take one day at a time but it's hard. I ate REALLY BAD yesterday because I was starving & it's difficult to find healthy options at airports...Oh well I'll get back on track this week.

SNACK = 16 almonds
DINNER = SBD pizza
DESSERT = low carb chocolate cheese cake

Flying out to go on a job interview today. I'm trying to get back into the work force doing design again. I am really nervous as a friend warned me the interview process is grueling at the company I'm interviewing with. I'm hoping that they will like me & I will like them. If I get this job it would entail moving my family to another state, selling my house, buying a new house, finding a new school for my son. I hope I'm not getting in over my head. I know this rant has nothing to do with weight loss...but I'm stressed & trying hard to NOT eat my way through it!!
BREAKFAST = 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal with 1 container of Blue Bunny carb control vanilla yogurt. 1 cup of coffee with 1T s/f non dairy creamer.
