Well, I've been gone a while...I recently had my 3rd child- Paige Elise is 12 wks old. So I guess you could say I have a VERY BUSY life!

Well, I took my 2 1/2 yr old son back to Dr today to recheck for Salmonella....she said he's looking good but it could take a few more days/weeks to completely get over it. ugh! Ive been off work for almost 2 wks already....can't work out until he's better! I did pretty good so far today: fiber one bar- 2pts, 10 wendy's nuggets ?, that's it! Thinking about grilled chicken, fried squash and maybe a few fried green tomatoes for supper! My father in law has grown a garden full of veggies! Planning to continue to try to stick with WW pts!

WELL...WT @254 TODAY. NOT BAD CONSIDERING I HAVEN'T FOLLOWED WW AT ALL LATELY. HOPING TO GET BACK ON TRACK!

I haven't really followed WW.....started out good last wk w/pts and exercising on my lunch break....then last Tuesday we found out that my 2 1/2yr old son caught Salmonella poisoning! I have been hm tending to him all wk....unable to exercise and haven't focused on my pts. Hoping to start fresh Monday!

I HAVE NOT FOLLOWED WW.....:-( I HAVE RECOMMITTED MYSELF TO WW AND WORKING OUT REGULARLY TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM WAY UNDER MY PTS FOR TODAY AND I EVEN WENT AND WALKED ON TREADMILL AT LUNCH FOR 30MIN! I PLAN TO WORK OUT AT LEAST 4 DAYS PER WEEK ON MY LUNCH BREAK AND THEN ON SATURDAYS. I AM SICK OF FEELING LIKE CRAP AND BEING OVERWEIGHT!
