I have a weigh in this Saturday coming up.. but I am so happy that I have lost 6% of my body fat in 21 days and down 2 levels from my visceral fat level which was super high when I started working out on sept. 25th..can't wait to see how much more body fat and inches I can lose in the next three weeks.

I have lost 6 pounds now in 14 days I am so happy. I have been doing High intensity afterburn workouts for a hour each day and I'm starting to see little changes in my back waist and legs. my goal is to lose 15 pounds by oct 25th.

I have officially lost 4 pounds in a week. I been sticking to not eating past 8pm and drinking a gallon of water a day and choicing health choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So proud of myself.

Today is has been a week since i started hitting the gym doing HITT training. My weight in is tomorrow and i am hopeful i lost some body fat and gained muscle.
