wow.. the 220's... I didn't think I would ever hit them. I thought my goal was unobtainable, but the more progress I see... the closer I get.. it's mind blowing really. I thought I would never see results, I tried so many different diets. Now to be down 31 lbs since end of Dec, is amazing.
