Ecstatic! Surpassed a huge milestone. Back when i started this WOE i wondered if i'd ever even make it this far. This was my "i think i can" goal. Now onto my I-know-I-can goal! I am pressing on.
I have recently invented some new enticing recipies. My latest wonders are peanutbutter pound cake, pumpkin spice coffee cake, and Very Berry coffee cake -- all low carb friendly of course. Its nice taking the treats to dinners and seeing these healthy options be the first to get scarfed up.
I love changing my life; don't you?
