I have been much less careful these last 2 weeks while I wait for my school's weight loss challenge to begin, so what happens? I lose 2.8 pounds! On the one hand -yay! On the other - it will make the challenge harder and I really want to lose whatever the percentage is. So this week I will continue to live a little more freely and see what happens. Win-win either way I suppose.
