Awful to have food poisoning - but at least you can take any loss you get.

Vitamin C every 3 hours will beat out any virus and inhibit any bacteria.

Also, Gastro-Assist by Natural Factors with saccharomyces boulardi (probiotic) will do much to repair and prevent future damaging episodes.

Bummer - I know that certain foods are just not ok in my system anymore and I am pretty uncomfortable. If it is food poisoning - please take it seriously and get checked out. Take care of yourself.

Glad you are feeling better. What do you think you ate to give you the problems?

Be sure to supplement electrolytes - diarrhea is notorious for dehydrating you. Have some salty bone broth or bouillon.

Thanks guys. I’m doing better but not 100% yet. We ate at sizzler last night—dinner salad and Malibu chicken. Not sure what got me but something didn’t agree. Definitely lacking electrolytes today but trying to make up the loss.

Western Sizzlin which is similar to Sizzler gets my middle child every time. From the time she was 18-24 months old she would get sick when we ate there. We started making her get something she’s never had before and she still got sick with just chicken strips and water! Even with the baked potato! Now I refuse to eat there because I won’t let her feel bad if I can help it.
