Down another 6-7! Gotta love that! I'll be working on upping my calories a bit and adding more healthy carbs as I move forward. I have a busy stressful weekend ahead of me but seeing the scale move and continuing to exercise will really help out my mood. Happy Friday all!
edit: Oh, by the way, the restless leg problem was greatly diminished last night. I'll keep adding potassium by eating spinach, almonds and avocados... *and* supplements and hope it completely goes away. Thanks for the tips all!
