Thx, funny, but I told my wife this morning, the hardest part of the WO, you are Always hungry afterwards.
Since we are doing both Strength & Conditioning, the Muscle groups are reacting, we are getting bigger in the right places & smaller in the other. I lost 2 inches off my waist!!
