I have been on vacation the past few weeks. Went to Florida and then to San Francisco. Needless to say I wasnt following the program. Although, we did a lot of walking so I think that helped some. Now that I am back I need to get back on track!

Welcome back! You gained 9 pounds on vacation, time to take them off again while your metabolism is high. Its good to see that you did walk alot, and that should help you take it off now.
