Given that it was teacher appreciation week, and the PTRO always includes the office staff, I was a little worried about my chances for losing weight this week. They love to give out food and snacks. I let myself indulge several times, but was good at home. I was hoping to lose the last few ounces to hit 30 lbs down, so I am immensely happy that I passed that and am officially at 31 lbs down. I need to try to maintain as I have family flying in next week for my son's high school graduation and I know I will be eating out a lot. Here's to the next few weeks!
