It's been a while since I weighed in. I have been staying between 123 and 126. But my clothes are still the same. I am in a size 4/5 and 5/6 in some jeans.
I love eating the way I do and I don't think of food and what I can't and can have. I have such a freedom and no longer feel like I am in bondage to food.

Good to see you again. I'm so glad to see you are doing well. I also stay between 123 and 126! My lifestyle is no longer about what I can and can't have. It's about eating what my body is craving, but only when I am hungry and then being sure to stop when I am satisfied. I agree -it is so nice to be set free from the focus of food. Blessings...

Thank you! I can't believe it has been so long since I have been on here. I send everyone that asks me how I lost it all and kept it off to fatsecret.com I love this site. I just don't think it is necessary to weigh every week any longer. I am going off my clothes now. Which as long as I exercise every other day, I am going to stay this way. As long as I keep drinking my water and eating like you said, I will be fine. Blessings~
