Two weeks have gone by and I have gained a little each week. Not completely sure what is going on... I am eating my points including the alotted extra 35 flexers...
Goals:
1) Get back to writing everything down that I am eating, when I am eating it as I did when I first started the program. 2) Drink all my 8-10 glasses of water, seem to be forgetting about that lately. 3) Craving control: wait 10 min, if still there and want it, drink a glass of water and wait another 5 mins. I hope this works. 4) Switch my exercise schedule back to Mon/Wed/Fri. 5) Start some toning exercises on the days I don't go to the gym. 6) No more little bites -- think before you eat.
One of the ladies at my meeting today asked about decreasing points as you lose weight. I didn't know that...this might be where I am gaining. So now I am going down to 24 pts, then after a wk ..of this I will go down 23 pts.
I have a plan of attack, now to stick to it!
