another beautiful day here.snow is gone.makes me long for spring.ok about the scale.i know i over did it at dinner.i see and feel a difference in my body so i am not concerned about the number.i did get a chance to workout yesterday but the rest of the day was useless.except for walking around house to soothe grandson.his parents went exploring.my son is a history buff and has a passion for finding historical markers.he found 40 new signs yesterday.
i can see i am going to have to watch myself at dinner.i knew i was in trouble when i used a big plate.dont feel hungry this morning which is unusual.
Hayden is gone to other grandmas for the weekend.so i have no excuse to sit on the couch.
so plan for today.small plate for breakfast,exercise,small bowl of salad for lunch,good snack,SMALL PLATE for dinner.oh and DONT go back for 2nds.
