Couldn't fill up yesterday, 3 triangles of Toblorone type bar, bowl of popcorn with a LOT of oil late at night, beef patty and mushrooms, lots of veggies, couple of large peaches. So it shows in weight today with all the salt from the popcorn. Think it will disappear pretty much as quickly, couple of days. Not so hungry today but chicken tonight which may give me an inflammation gain since I'm sensitive to it.
