YESTERDAY

fasted until 6:30 yesterday, after chocolate almond binge the night before. That seems to set my metabolism. I have fatty beef and low carb veggies to make it work. Beef patty, greek salad, an egg with mayo and butter later in evening.
Outside all day, first in my flower garden, then Jeremy's, and helping with fencing in afternoon

Up late and had kefir,I make with half and half, and berries. Came in from yard @ 10 and had toast sprinkled with salt, cinnamon and drift of stevia.
getting morning glory off of ditch hydrangeas, and picking vetch before it goes to seek. Finally cool and cloudy, so I may get some Nicola, low carb, potatoes dug.
Jeremy"s still fencing so I'll also end up there.
