Started interval weight training at the YMCA. Great system. Like a giant , adult jungle gym. Every workout they change it up. In half an hour all muscle groups worked out. Professional eyes on form etc. and ready to help modify, therefore work around past injuries and prevent injury. Mostly tall, strong, blond young women from the Dutch community, a somewhat older woman - and me; strong likelihood I'm the oldest.
Plan to do Pickleball Tues/Thurs and this weight circuit Mon/Wed/Fri.GOAL - Strong and Supple for my 65th birthday in July. Don't see me joining the "gold" (read 'old')group anytime soon.
I feel good, didn't over do in my usual style.
I'm making kombucha again and made over a gallon of green veggie juice today.
Also, sun came out.
