I'm going to try and stop eating carbs for a week. This seems like a long time to me, but I'd like to tone up; and the hubby says in order to do that, I should lay off carbs for a little while. I'm Asian. I eat white rice everyday. This is going to be tough for me. lol Wish me luck, 'cause I'm going to need it!

FOOD INTAKE: Breakfast: Choco-Peanut-Butter Visalus Shake (not sure if the peanut butter in this is helping or hindering me. Guess I'll find out soon enough.) Lunch: Sinigang na Baboy Dinner: Sinigang na Baboy ....screwed it up! Couldn't help myself, and now I will pay. :( I'm uncomfortably full, and the continuous weight loss will stop again. Ugh! Unfortunately, since I screwed up my food inake....I'm pretty sure it's not going to matter. :( I really don't want to be upset tomorrow, but that's what I get for binging. *sigh* 2. 5 Minute Arms (video) 3. Standing Bicep Curls w/ (2) 5lb. dumbells...2 x 15 4. Crunches 2 x 25 5. Ab Rolls/Leg Lifts 2 x 10
