I've been doing a good job of heading off that OMGIMDYINGOFHUNGER feeling before it gets bad. We've had easily grabbable things and enough low carb meals planned that it hasn't been too hard. I've actually felt LESS hungry the past few days, so yay! Last night at like 3am I couldn't decide if I was hungry, thirsty, or just overtired (and couldn't sleep), but I ended up having one slice of "seedy bread" with cream cheese and a cup of unsweetened almond/coconut milk and that was surprisingly super satisfying! Let's keep it up!
