Well, not in the 170’s like I was shooting for on my Dad’s first “Heavenly Birthday” today but I am proud nonetheless.
He passed on May 3rd and I was 206 lbs... today I am 182 and feeling so much more like myself. I am still working hard to keep the calories down and making thoughtful food choices to build a healthier eating pattern that is sustainable.
