Slight weight decline, but mostly due to Heavy Lifting with Legs yesterday. Will consume about 300 (2800 total) additional calories today , to help increase and/or maintain the muscle mass.


Participated in a HIIT program this morning & it was quite a Challenge. Good variety of exercises, Jump Ropes, KB Swing, Landmine Lateral & Sled push & pull. We did some “core” & finished with the infamous Burpees, EMOM - 5 Rounds! A quick 50, so was a “little” Fun as a Group!
