I am back on the right path and so scared tomorrow at my inlaws for Thanksgiving is going to set me back again. I can't go back...so I am taking apples, salad and healthy foods for me to eat and avoiding the high calorie parts of Thanksgiving. Its not about the food we eat but the people we share this time with. While others are eating the dressing, I will have a fresh salad. While others eat dessert I will enjoy my apples.

I worked out to Shred again this morning. I completed Mon-Friday of last week every morning. I missed yesterday morning due to a nagging cough and no workout over the weekend. I didn't want to let the cough cause me to miss today so grabbed a bottle of water and got to Shredding it this morning. Was a little slow but did all the moves and didn't have a major coughing fit.

Have my gym closed pack and plan to do situps and walk around inlaws house. Have my Great Trainer app for Blackberry so can monitor my pace and miles walked. I remember Sarah's challenge of 100 situps a day, so I am going to start that up this weekend. Hard to do my Shred workout since the kids will be camping in the livingroom to sleep, but I can do situps still and walk the property.
