Reading a lot about IF and using the Zero app to do daily 16:8 fasts atm. Still overeating during the window. Considering trying 16:8 daily with M and Th 500 cal days.
Based on a bunch of calculations, I would need to do 1500-1600 on the 16:8 days and 500 on Mondays and Fridays. That should be about 1 lb loss a week. That doesn't sound so amazing, but that means I'd be at my goal one year from now (if not sooner). Worth it!
Low carb would certainly help things along more, so I will try to stay under 40g net carbs per day. I'm starting tomorrow (Saturday) officially since today is Eun-Ju's birthday party and there will be Olive Garden and dessert! Good way to kick things off?
