I was afraid to weigh this morning. I went 150 cal more than I wanted to and I didn't work out as hard as I would have liked to because I was sore. I even had a dream that I didn't weigh because I was afraid I had gained...

I woke up this morning and decided that if a tiny slip is all it took to gain weight, then I was going to have to face the consequences! I went right into the bathroom and weighed... And I lost another .5 lb!! YAY!!
I'm excited that I'm 1.5 lbs from reaching the 10lbs lost mark! **Happy Dance**
