I was in a car accident on Sunday and I have not been eating the best foods or making it to the gym since then. I don't think I'm going very far over 2000cal, but I haven't been home to actually eat well. I've had to drive back and forth solving problems related to the car accident (in a rental) and I have been getting what's convenient. I have also been very stressed because I don't know if they are going to total my car.
