Thanks for the tip. No, I don't have an app for my mobile phone. Just have an elcheapo phone that I can text and do a few other things like make appointments. Happy New Year!

Can't believe my son in law's comment on my choice for breakfast this morning. We were eating lunch today and he said, "If you keep eating that fat you are going to be going to the doctor and taking lots of pills before you know it." How rude! Does he not see the weight I've lost? I know that he has because he even complimented me once. He just fails to see how Atkins works. Some people never change. He has even stated that he is happy with the way he is right now and doesn't need to change anything about himself. Now that is conceited. And surely isn't very Christian. I guess I better stop complaining now because I'm not doing any good. Just needed to get this off my chest. Thanks for listening.  

Tell him that the dr knows hiow much fat you are eating and completely supports the way you eat, especially since you are losing weight and your blood work looks great. Then ask how HIS cholesterol level is! 

I agree with Steph compare cholesterol levels because mine are now lower than normal!

Thanks ya'll. I have my blood work done every 3 to 4 months and my cholesterol levels are great. LDL was slightly above normal and I mean slightly. The doctor was not concerned. I was borderline anemic but not anemic. Don't know how that could happen. I eat very well and am not going to change just because of my son-in-law's comment. I am responsible for what I put in my mouth and not him. I usually even pay for my own food which he is probably happy about. My daughter sometimes buys me things but usually I pay for the items that I need or should I say my husband Cliff pays for them. Anyhow his money is my money. I stayed at home to raise the kids. Thanks for letting me vent and understanding. Ya'll are true friends and sisters. Hugs to all of you{{{}}}
