started Feb 10th at 280. Lost "3 oz" the first week. lost 5 lbs the second week. staying at @ 1200 cal. going to try cycling calories. increase to about 1700 cal Mondays & Fridays, 800 Tues & Sat & 1200 the rest of the days. my body has a tendency to go into homeostasis very quickly.

today my stomach has been rumbling and making loud noises all day and I do feel hungry. Even with 1 phentermine in the AM and 1 in the PM! This is the first day that has happened. Still didn't eat too much or binge to try and alleviate this uncomfortable feeling. managed to go to Olive Garden and NOT eat the breadsticks, only salad and lunch portion of shrimp primavera with the whole wheat linguine. i hope tomorrow is better with these hunger pangs!
