I'm using 2 tsp of Metamucil in 2 1/2 c. kombucha and 1 1/2 c. water every day and averaging 3 liters water / day. I'm sure this is aiding success this time round. I'm amazed at the progress I'm making at this point.
Yesterday, I ate breakfast at 11:30 and finished supper around 5:30 so also intermittent fasting. Today breakfast at 9:45. Rather typical that I try to delay breakfast and finish at supper. I'm elated at the progress.
Giving myself an increased calorie day to keep metabolism ticking along, I hope! Also will have popcorn later so not fasting today.
