Yesterday: Fully Keto, BUT that included two slices of bread that supposedly have zero net carbs. And a couple tablespoons of no-sugar apricot jam. Net carbs for the jam, 2 per tbsp. I suspect either the bread or the jam - or both - had some unintended effect.
