Wow,this is it. The last week of 30 Day Shred Challenge. Thanks to the person that started 30 Day Shred Again!!! This give me another 3 weeks to report and keep me going! I hope everyone enjoyed the challenge and saw the results they wanted to see!

Weight is back up a bit from Wednesday weigh-in but down from last Sunday. I am back on track and even ok with the slight gain. Yesterday was my youngest 2nd b-day and I did enjoy small piece of cake and ice cream along with the burgers (on wheat bun, 2% pepperjack cheese, loaded with lettuce for filer). He's 2 b-day only happens once and after 2 hours of decorating his horse cake, the least I was going to do was enjoy a piece of it. Fudge marble with Wilton Buttercream!! YUMMY. Today I begin my fruit and veggie venture. My sister-in-law and I plan to do this through Saturday. We plan to get our protein from beans, lintils, cheese sticks, etc. We want to keep enough energy to continue our workouts but laying off the carbs. We'll see how we do.
