Feeling more normal this morning, after such exhaustion yesterday. Scales finally gave me some encouragement. I get very rigid with my diet when I get scared it's not working, almost superstitious. I'll stay stuck on foods for fear of gaining even when I'm only holding even, wear out my willpower completely, then blow it to smithereens. I'll try to hold the course and add more variety. Thinking homemade hummus and Greek salads.
I did heavy yard work at Jeremy's; digging out shrubs and matted irises, and removing extra soil from roses, pruning roses, transporting to compost area. Got a snack just before supper, no lunch.
