Really wanted chicken last night when we brought home a rotisserie chicken. I seldom eat it because I can react. so limit it severely, but really love it and can end up eating it addictively. Had a Chicken salad for supper, breast meat, but that didn't solve the craving. On my way to bed I cleaned off small bones and back meat, wanting the moist dark meat. Hope I don't do a big inflammation gain due to it. Had up to 2 oz.
