Keto every day. Yesterday’s dinner: 4 breakfast sausage links, and some broccoli + cauliflower sautéed with avocado oil - it has a high smoke point so it’s excellent for that. Has a very neutral flavor. Lunch yesterday was small, some coleslaw (Keto) and some cheese and sausage.
