Gained until 152.1 lbs, by Feb. 5th 2021, from Dec 23, 2020, on difficult histamine diet Naturopath had me on. He did however, encourage me that metabolism is fine. I then decided to follow values from Fitbit rather than this site, since there is a big discrepancy. I wrapped my head around the lower value and feel less stressed and more in sync during this diet; not raging inside that I couldn't have what I felt I should. Result has been consistent, significant weight loss.
As of Thurs, March 25th, I needed to drop thyroid med level, due to lab results. Hopefully weight loss ability not negatively impacted.
6.9 lbs lost to date. Truly a record in this length of time and I am highly encouraged.
