Total couch potato yesterday. Not achy today but still lethargic. Weight magically melted, obviously an inflammatory response, but have no idea what to. I'm maybe suspecting the rye crisps. I have to watch grains like a hawk. Heavy pollen load may mean my system is easily overloaded right now with allergens.
Extreme lethargy. Every time I stood I wanted to sit again. LOTS of fluids, flu tea, nettle tea, fruit tea.
