Keto every day. We did better yesterday (Sat) than the day before. No breakfast or lunch, aside from bulletproof coffee. Dinner was a large Wendy’s chili with cheese and onion. Followed by non-sugar ice cream. I had some coleslaw (no sugar) and radishes after that. Plus some cheese snacks, as I usually have.
