I’m so happy with the start of losses again. And I feel like I ate way too much with a big steak yesterday and yet I am rewarded. This is because I haven’t been to the moose lodge in 7 days. That equals zero adult drinks 🍺. I am still going to go but I am going to make it a planned outing maybe once or twice a month instead of a routine
