Another gorgeous day. Can do more yard work. Have to clean up to get vaccine by 3:50. Took a break from labour yesterday, but managed to get in 15000 steps. Ate calories = to output on my Fitbit. That's been the magic bullet for weightloss this time. If I consistently average eating 500 calories less than the Fitbit says my output is, I loose. However that yardstick is typically 500 - 300 less than stated on this site. I have not found a way to reset this site's parameters for may base energy use. It is definitely off. Some days I can manipulate the exercise diary to mimic the Fitbit. Yesterday I was bang on. It is encouraging to have these tools and a reliable way to use them. So grateful.
