Sneezing and snuffly, very low energy, poor sleep; don't know why. Gonna start on my flu tea. Generally feeling rotten, even unsettled tummy. Craving carbs and comfort food so had big portion of steel cut oats with cooked chopped apple, walnuts and 2 tsp coconut oil. I use salt, stevia and cinnamon and it's almost like dessert. Still on track for calories but pathetic steps logged. Beautiful day and scads of landscaping to do, digging in hostas, flocks to put in ditch; my typical shovel and wheelbarrow workout. Not gonna happen today. Drat.
