Trying not to have a heart attack lol yikes 😳 I just started dieting again and doing KETO but I have gained 2 lbs from last week..To be fair, I am only in day 2 of my diet..so hoping it's the crest of a wave that will crash down. Ended up eating a few fruit slices yesterday at the in-laws for Mother's Day. Getting back on the horse today 🙄
