Went back on daily Metamucil, can only help. Forgot to stay off Wasa (minor gluten content) and that may be the energy drain. That had been a fibre boost previously. I'll have to turn to apples again. Just kinda outta season. But apples and hummus, apples and nuts, apples and cheese are a typical fast lunch grab for me if I'm out and about (not now with COVID) Finally, Finally dropped below previous low of weeks ago. Not screaming down, but as long as the direction is right. Grateful.
