Well I am now technically no longer overweight according to the NHS.
I'd rather have done the last kg without the aid of a four day stay in hospital and it's associated surgery but i didn't get that choice. I have been succesfully giving my body a deficit diet but now feel i must concentrate on allowing it more than enough to allow it to heal fully.
Good news though..... I've lost two stones.....kidney stones :)
