I lost a little bit of weight, not much. Still working out when my body doesn’t crash 💥 on me. I have been in a lot of pain but still pushing through. I got a nice pull up bar for Mother’s Day I’m so excited. Years ago I was able to lift myself up, now I barely get off the ground 😂. Not given up!

Don't feel bad, I work out 6 days a week and still can't do a pull up!
Just keep trying and push yourself to do alittle more than the time before.💜👍
