After I think a month of eating everything I want I finally did a 3 day fast to get back on track. Today is go forward day low carb for three weeks maintain one. I’m going month by month to decide how much I really want to loose. And I started my bicycle plan yesterday.
Does anyone know why my weight loss chart no longer turns landscape and is no longer interactive?
