Slow day again, but I'm in far better shape than yesterday. Today I can think straight and process, no heavy fatigue. Kinda drippy out, so no pressure to do yard work. Back is sore. That usually only happens when I'm fighting a flu etc., so, I think the vaccine still has my system fighting hard. But hey, I dropped a bit. New tactic - I'm using Garcinia Cambogia Extract 20 minutes before a high glycemic meal or treat. I had Steel cut oats yesterday, bright sunny warm day and I was swaddled up on the porch swing and craving warming foods. I make a batch, so had some for breakfast today. They hold me well, all done up with stevia, cinnamon, lots of apple and a few currants. Adding coconut oil and salt makes it a salty/sweet treat, I find it very satisfying. If I've been putting out lots of calories adding nuts is sumptuous.
