I am on so many drugs for my up surgery that I missed entries getting ready for the surgery. Doctor is assessing what I eat and has rolled
To Temporarily hold on the first. I’ve been on about 900 calories and he said that was too low for recuperating. I love this recording method. It makes it really easy to make conscientious decisions about what to eat. In fact, I don’t feel good anymore not having my fresh veggies and measured meat. It’s amazing how eating 6 oz of turkey and compare that to a steak. Fish, I love fish now. Didn’t know that I ever would.

I agree! This app is amazing for tracking, accountability, and for really getting an understanding of what works for us individually. My way of eating now is unrecognizable compared to a year ago!
